Exemption available upto 10 lakhs by way of Notification Number 33/2012 Service Tax.
For conditions and other formalities, follow the attached Notification, for your reference

The taxable services provided by a person under a brand name or trade name, whether registered or not, of another person, ssi exemption will not be available vide notification no. 33/2012-ST dated 20.06.2012. You need to pay service tax from first day.
