if you are not availing any input credit then e filing is enough

if u r availing input credit, then monthly returns of cenvat credit was required prior to e filing, which are now not in practice

on the safeside if input credit is availed, then submit the hard copies under stamp to Range Superintendent, as it takes no hardship but in future if we are charged with non submission of cenvat credit returns seperately then we can confront that we have been there with records for cross examine, but R/O signed the return after test chek.
