Service tax return of tax collected before registration

Dear All,

 

My client has collected Service tax on commission for the period of FY 2013-14 and he has got himself registered on 28-05-2014.

The return for FY 2013-14 is not getting uploaded and giving errors....

Thanks in advance for your help everyone.

your client should not have collected s.tax before taking registration. if you have deposited the tax collected in FY 13-14, then contact your jurisdictional officer for further steps.
