dear all,
i had not made payment for service tax from janary 2013 to december 2013 on time,but in jan 2014 i made payment for all 12 months month wise.
now the problem is the online website is not accepting return for the period jan to march 2013,althoght i sucessfully uploaded return of april - sep 2013 few weeks ago.
please advice me what to do as delay return penelty is huge.

For the period of Jan-Mar '13, you need to file the half yearly return for Oct'12-Mar'13.
.
If there is no transaction before Jan'13, then leave the columns as blank for Oct'12-Dec'12.
