I can not find the ST-3 for April to Sep Half year 2013. It is neither available in Download section nor online.
Can any one help me.

Download ST3 Return Excel Utility
(For Filing ST-3 returns for Half Year Oct-Mar 2013 onwards) Last Updated: 08-10-13
.
Previous half year utility is also applicable for Apr-Sept 2013 as well. The same has been updated by the department.
