Issue:
I filled the Service tax return on 25th April,12 by using excel utility provided by ACES.I uploaded the file but my return got rejected stating because of error in premises code though i entered the premises code as mentioned in ST-2
Afer making some contacts with ACES ,they guide to use the Premises code mentioned in ACES web
Question:
May i required to file revised return or fresh return? and penality if any?
But after mail communication with ACES people they concluded to file the Fresh return..........................
Then these fresh return will attract penalty?
It may attract penalty....I hope if bonafide reason is there then penalty can be waived.......Waiting for others reply.....
