Service tax registration procedure

apply online on www.aces.gov.in for st-1. take out its print and then visit your concerned comm. of s.tax with the signed copy of st-1 along with reqd. documents. documents reqd are- pan of organisation, certificate of registration of org, copy of electric bill (if premise is owned) or else copy of rent agreement (if premise is rented).
