I had a query in respect of service tax registration.
I had made the computation of a proprietor of a firm. then i got to know that his gross income getting cross beyond the threshold limit i.e. INR 10,00,000/- per year of the service tax registration implication. So he was not aware of this fact earlier about the service tax registration. And now wanna register himself as a service provider. And want to pay all the tax which would be applicable on his service income.
So requested you to kindly let us advise what should do in this situation.
