Dear Sir,
I have recently taken up the distribution of Vediocon d2h.
Recharge vouchers are billed with service Tax and inturn the Recharge vouchers are sold at MRP which includes the service Tax.
do I have to get my self registered for the service Tax. If yes under which catagory of service will i be registered.
I shall be obliged to have the clarification.

You don’t need to register under service tax act because service tax is already charged by Videocon D2H.
Here you are Distributing the Recharge Coupens direct to the consumers & also your MRP also includes the Service Tax charges. So here Question for Service Tax not arise here.
But in case of the Taansaction between you & Videocon, please give the details.
