Pls clarify availing refund of service tax thru ESTR by an exporter have any objection to avail the notification of 31/2012 i.e.availing exemption of GTA by export of goods..

An Exporter is claiming refund of service tax thru online ICES.. Whether he can also claim exemption from payment of service tax for GTA..
