What is the liability of service receiver if service provider charges service tax on whole invoice value instead of partial reverse charge?

The liability of s.receiver is independent of s.provider, therfoe in every case he is liable to pay tax of his share ....therefore, s.receiver will have to pay partial tax , so he is advised to ask s.provider to revise the invoice
