Service tax querry

Dear All,

I am working in company providing Event management Services. But we enter into contract with a car rental company to provide people who can take their car on rent. For this Car Rental company provide us 10 % commission. Now can we raise the bill for this commission amount?

and if yes then what tax should be there?

Plaese ans, this is urgent.
