service tax querry

Hello,

I had a following doubt regarding service tax return filing:

Suppose u have filled ur return on the due date say 25th April and when u view the staus next day..it shows return is rejected for reason say...invalid premises code.

So on 26th april u again file the return correcting their querries and on the next day it is accepted by thhe department. Whether ur ST3 would said to be filed in time??????????
