Can the service Tax liability payment on AMC billing be made from Cenvat Blanace ? In Cenvat Balance input credit and input services credit both are there.

Yea if you are not discharging ur liability of sertax under RCM. It doesn't matter as to whether credit is from inputs or input service so long as utilisation is concerned. However u should be carefull at the time u availed credits.
