If Service Tax paid by Proprietor more than Rs.1,00,00,000/-during f.y.2013-14
than what is due date of Payment of service tax -whether quarterly or monthly !

For Ind, prop, partnership firm service tax to be deposited only quarterly basis and for others on monthly basis.
Due date is not based on the amount of payment.It is based on the status of the assessee as answered by Naveesh Dhar.
DUE DATES FOR DEPOSITING SERVICE TAX IS AS FOLLOWS:
FOR COMPANIES- Till 5th of the next month (if paid through challan) & Till 6th of the next month if paid online.
For Others- Till the 5th of month following the quarter end(if deposited through challan) & 6th of the month following the quarter end (if deposited electronically).
For Instance- For Assessees other than company the service tax is to be deposited by 5th of october 2014(if vthrough challan) & by 6th of the october 2014 (if online).this is the payment of service tax for the 1st Quarter of 2014.
Simillarly for the companies it is to be deposited by 6th of May, June, July 2014 for the month of April, May, June 2014 Respectively.
Also Note the Dates for deposit of service tax does not depends upon the amount instead it depends on the Status of the assessee.
