Service tax outside india.
If I issued invoice to an outside Indian company. Should I charged service tax for my Service or not ?

no you dont need to charge the service tax on Invoice as it is the export of Service hence no Service Tax.
Services are provided by you outside india then no need to pay service tax. If services provided in India (taxable tarritory) then you need to pay service tax under reverse charge system.
