can we pay service tax other than assessee account through internet banking?

Yes we can..
I think yes, you can pay the service tax payment from any other's account. For effecting payment, assessees can access the ACES website (https://www.aces.gov.in/) and click on the e-payment link that will take them to the EASIEST portal (https://cbec.nsdl.com/EST/) or they can directly visit the EASIEST portal.
