I will give invoice proforma can you suggest service tax has to add or not

Base Amount A

60% of the Base Amount Ax60/100=B

Service Tax on Bx15/100

Add: Additional Charges calimed in Invoice (Expenses Reimbursement from company) is it taxable or not

From reading I think you are asking whether ST is leviable on Such Add. Charges

The answer is Yes, The value of taxable service includes such additional charges too.
