The folllowing particulars are there :
a) A foreign company is holding a trade fair in India.
b) The participants are from India and other countries.
c)The partiicpation fees by participants goes directly to the US company in USD.
d) The US company spends the money in India on the fair.
What are the liabilities to the company regarding :
1) Service tax
2) TDS - do the participants need to pay TDS on the participation fees paid ?

How will the company make the application for paying service tax. It has no entity in India..
in the same process that they are holding trade fair permission ................ to organize in india.
