Service tax on partly completed building
Builder asking us full service tax. Building was 78 % completed before 01july 2010.
Need to pay full service tax or service tax on 22% only. Building is built in Mira road.

It is a taxable services and you are also liable to pay service tax w.e.f 01/07/2012.
