Service tax on online advertisement, clients are from abroad

Hi friends, i was having one query and which made most of the CA in confusion and even my own CA is in confusion. I know "selling of advertising space or time slots " for online advertisements are no more exempted. 12.36% and now 14% service tax need to be paid.

I know online advertising using Google Adsense is taxable for 14% service tax to Publishers, and they have their office in India (M/s. Google Online India Private Ltd. (GIPL))

So my business is i have a website and from where i earns revenue. i am selling ad slots on my website to foreign companies and which these companies dont have any office in India. I am not using Google Adsense nor any Advertisers from India. But i give my service/slots to foreign clients.

So is it need of Paying Service Tax? As here it is something similar that i am exporting my Service to Foreign Clients. I have 3 foreign companies who put their ads on our website and they pay us in Dollars. All three are in Foreign and they have no branch in India neither they visit here.

So here am i liable to pay Service Tax or i dont need to pay it? Please help me.

yes ., you have to liable to pay service tax.
