Transport charges paid on supply of Rawa and Sooji is liabile to Service Tax under GTA or not. Several Items are exempted which includes Food Grain and Flour. The Rawa and Sooji comes under these category or not.

Rawa / suji is called semolina in english... which as per wikipedia is nothing but food grain.. and hence should be exempted..
