Dear sir,

We are having manufacturing industry, we are paid the Service tax amount (75%abatement) balance 25 % only we have paid duty,

now we have eligible for take the Cenvat Credit of the Service Tax paid amount?

Yes, you can take the cenvat credit after payment of duty.

Yes, you can claim Cenvat Credit after making payment of freight and service tax. Credit is available on the basis of GAR-7 Challan evidencing payment under RCM

@ Ravinder If the payment was made on or after 13-05-2013 when the VCES came into effect, the same can be claimed as payment of 'tax dues' under VCES even if the declaration is made afterwards.

Yes, CCR of service tax paid on input services as per CCR rules2004 is allowed to be taken read with rule 9(1) of CCR rules 2004 & can be utilised for the payment of excise duty on final product or service tax on output service provided.
