We are having manufacturing industry, we are paid the Service tax amount (75%abatement) balance 25 % only we have paid duty,
now we have eligible for take the Cenvat Credit of the Service Tax paid amount?

Yes, you can take the cenvat credit after payment of duty.
sir, i want to ask a query related to VCES, 2013, If we deposited the tax dues amount before submitting the VCES-1 to designated authority, now can we take the claim of deposited amount in VCES scheme?? plz tell me sir

@ Ravinder If the payment was made on or after 13-05-2013 when the VCES came into effect, the same can be claimed as payment of 'tax dues' under VCES even if the declaration is made afterwards.
