Sir I have a question for address proof for joint venture under GST.
My client is a works contractor and he has now started some work with another person in a joint venture. So now the address can be of my client or his partner office for a joint venture firm special office cannot be possible.
So my question is, in one place is it possible to take GST registration if yes what will be the procedure. Consent or rent agreement. And in future, will there be any compliance burden or burden of proof.
