One of my friend got Mobile Refiling Distributership. The Turnover of Business was arrount 10 Crore.
How and at what rate Service tax is to be charged and under which catagory. and whether VAT is applicable or not.

in your case, if telecome company paying Service tax on whole of the amount then you are not required to pay Service Tax. ( G.R.Movers v CCE (Lkn) -CESTAT)

Seeling Agent or a Distributor of SIM Card or Recharge coupon Voucher is exempted under Notification No 25/2012 Sl No. 29(f).
