Service tax on counseling for higher education in foreign

Dear All,

I am a part of a pvt. ltd. company in the field of Counsultancy service for higher education. i need some clarification regarding service tax. related queries given below.

1, We are providing counseling and guidence to students for their higher education in foreign countries. is this service leavy service tx.

2. We are providing coaching for some course (GRE/GMAT/SAT/IELTS) to students for their higher education in foreign countries. is this service leavy service tx.

3. we also receiving some commission from foreign university for student admmission .is this service leavy service tx.

Please clarify is service tax applicable for our company. according to above points.
