I would like to know the applicability of Service Tax on Goods Imported (machinery/equipments) by Indian Trader and sold locally in India.

Service Tax on Commission received on import by trader.

no service tax on purchase and sales part,
but service tax applicable on GTA services consumed/ after sales services offered and billed to clients/ repair and maintanance to machinery supplied
