whether sevice tax on commission on trading of agricultural seeds applicable

It is taxable service but Govt. provided the Mega Exemption so that it is exempted services under Mega Exemption vide N/F 25/2012. further clearification plz forward the brief query. Hope you will get this things if not got plz forward the same.
