We have taken a commercial property on hire basis. we are paying Rent of Rs.69000/-. This property belongs to Husband and wife on 50:50 ratio
Now please let me know this property is under service tax net or not?

No, its not under Service Tax preview, no need to pay service tax.
No. This is not comes under Service tax.
NO ITS DOES NOT FALL IN THE SCOPE OF SERVICE TAX
Depends on the status of the landlord, ie. whether they have taxable turnover exceeding the exemption limit of 8L.
It would be better if both the joint owners raise separate bills for rent. This will be helpful if the department raises disputes later on.
