Service tax on catering service in a factory.
Whether service tax is exempt on catering services provided in a factory by sodexo catering services as per notification 25/2012 or 14/2013?

If canteen is maintained in the factory then only the service tax will be exempt otherwise catering services will be taxable

Sodexo is a company which provides the canteen facility in the factory to the company employee every day, for that they will charge the service tax every month, the service is it exempted or not? or is it coming under RCM .
Please explanin in breifly?

As per notification no.14/2013 the service is exempted
Sir our company is not mentioned air conditioned in canteen pls confirm.
But I didn't understand centralised lighting system pls explain sir.
