my client a private limited company is providing service of treatment of medical waste by the athuority received from nagar nigam. i want to know weather this service is taxable under service tax or not if not taxable under which section/caluse/notification/circular????? pls help me.

As per the latest negative list of Service Tax the service mentioned by you doesnot feature in the negative list and therefore it is taxable, as according to the act all services which are not there in negative list are taxable.
