Happy morning
As per Rule 6 of Service Tax Rules, Travelling Agencies, Life Insurance Companies & Forex Dealers have option to charge special Service Tax rates like 0.6 %, 1.2%, 3%, 1.5%,0.1%,0.05% & 0.01%. other than the normal rate of 12%. Are they elegible to claim IPC against the above rates for the services received?
