The agreement for sale of flat is made after 01/07/2010 for the flats whereby 70% Completion certificate is already received and the payments are also received after such date.
I want to know whether the payments received will attract service on the 100% of payment or only on the 30% of the payment...???

where from 70% completion certificate we can get?
we can get completion certificate only after completion of 100%
