Hi,
Have a query regarding GTA issuing Consignment Note.
Is the service receiver still liable to tax even if there is no consignment note issued by the GTA?
Please help solve this query. Its really bugging me.

kindly check if service tax is being paid by consignor in this case ... if its not then you'll have too ... and to take the credit you need the consignment note ...
