Dear All,
We are a SEZ unit. We have got liability w.r.t. GTA service availed. Some amounts are payable for each month of Apr and May. But we have sufficient Cenvat Credit lying with us.
Q: Can we claim CC agst GTA liability and do not pay anything? Or do we have to pay GTA service tax first and then claim refund as we are a SEZ unit??

I GUESS YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR LIABILITY FIRST ... THEN ONLY YOU AVAIL THE CREDIT ... OR IN OTHER CASE CLAIM YOUR REFUND ...
