Hi,

Note: I thought to ask this question in forum but i mistakenly asked in expert section. Now i am asking here again.

I hired an auditor to file service tax return for the month April 25. But still he didn't send me the service tax return form or Ack. I have been asking him form months without any gain.

Is it possible to download my returns and Ack online via offiial service tax website?

I registered for service tax in one city (as head quaters) and i am doing business in another city (as branch). Is it possible to file return from my branch?

And also i need an experienced auditor for consultant and filing returns.

For downloading the ack or service tax return you require service tax user id and password for cbec website.Without userid you can`t download that ack or return.

I don't have any user id or password. That auditor didn't provide me anything.

Do i need to register freshly?

no. you can't register again .. u have to get id &password from your auditor

write a application for ur service tax commisioner for request him to login id and passward on ur firm s letter head with mention ur email id the u can get ur login id and passward. reset passward after first login now u can search ur filed return in ur account

No, still u cant create a new account. May I know that why do u want to create a new account if u already have one??

Hi, I just went to the registration certificate and in that certificate the auditors email id is mentioned. I don't see my email id.

You can amend your registeration certificate in relation to mail id only after login to your account. For this you gave to take userid and password from your auditor otherwise request your jurisdictional officer via application to reset it.
