We have registerd with Service Tax Department on 27.01.2009, and we have received some bills in FEB 09 , bill date is before registration but we have paid those bills in FEB 09, So Can we get the Cenvat Credit of the same in the FEB 09.

Mr. Sharma,
You have not mentioned that under which category you have been registered or the date of formation of your establishment or the turnover of your establishment, without these ifrmation it is not possible to give any opinion whether the Cenvat credit is allowable or not.

Sir, We are registered under professional and auxliery Services and DOF is 27.01.2009 with the Deptt. and upto 31st March 09 our turnover is nil, can we get the Cenvat on bill which is before registration date but we have paid in March 2009 Regards Manish |

Mr. Sharma,
At first, in Finance Act 1994 there is no such service named as "Professional and Auxiliery Services".
Secondly, "DOF is 27.01.2009 with the Dept" is not the proper nformation. Registrtion date is not the date of formation of an establishment.
Finally, if you do not understand the quaries I am unable to reply.
