We have Centralized Service Tax Registration in our corporate office and we have 5 manufacturing units across India. Can we distribute service tax credit born by unit A to unit B/C/D/E pl clarify
in centralized registration credit and debit is recorded and filed in return by principal place of business only, on consolidated basis for all units, so it does not effect that which unit availed credit and which unit paid.
But imp to show all your manufacturing units to Service Tax Department.....................
