Service tax credit

Dear all, we have imported raw material. we have taken services from CHA to clear that lot. CHA is paying to shipping company on our behalf. shipping company is charging service tax on its bill. the same is recovered by CHA from us. Can we take service tax credit of that amount ?? Yes, you are eligible to take Credit on that Amount.
