If a Person has Taken a service tax registration number voluntarily .
he will get the exemption of 10,00,000/- or not
whether he has to Collect & Pay Tax over and above rs.10,00,000/-

yes, assessee has to charge and pay service tax only after 10L, provided the assessee has not availed input credit as per notification no 6/2005=ST dt 01-03-2005 as amended by notification no 8/2008-ST dt 01-03-2008
