Hi, till now i was depositing service tax using one page form but now state bank people say that i have to attach one more form.. is there anyone who can suggest

There is no change in the procedure and as of today, only single challan GAR 7 is required to be deposited. You may ask for the notification or contact the city head office of the SBI to clear the matter or make an epayment which is more easy and a way to escape from these banker's harassment.
There is no change in the procedure of challan pymt. But i think, nowadays it is better to pay through netbanking.
