I had an issue regarding Service Tax, one of the client want to register under S.T [on Individual basis & not Co. or Firm , etc] and he is teaching to IIT students in a private coaching classes.
I want to know in which category should I register him under the Service Tax. The institute is giving him fees on consultancy basis i.e not on salary basis.
