Service tax category for affiliate marketing & MLM

Hi, 

I want to register for service tax number but I am stuck in the category part. I want to know what category I should provide while registration for affiliate marketing services, I am an affiliate for clickbank dot com. I get commission from clickbank in USD for selling other merchants product which are displayed on clickbank. I also want the category for  Online MLM company I am part of. I also receive commission from them.
