my client is charging loading & unloading charges and Freight Outward seperately in sales invoice.
Q.1)Does this attract applicability of service tax on loading & unloading charges and Freight Outward ?
Q.2) Loading & Unloading is done by labours , then ESI & PF provisions should be applicable or not
