service tax amnesty scheme
sir I deposited 50% of the service tax before 31 December 2013 which was Rs.126000/- according to the service tax amnesty scheme I need to pay rest of 50% before 30 June 2014.but right now I am running short of money, can I pay the rest 50 % amount Rs.126000/- with interest in the first week of September 2014.
You should have deposit rest 50% on or before 30.06.2014 but you are facing the fund crises so that you should deposit before 31.12.2014 with interest otherwise you are facing the department observation i.e. Show Cause Notice and make you reply in this regard so that batter you deposit entire amount in this regard.
