Hi,
We have a bill which constitutes both service portion and VAT portion but we are not able to bifurcate them.
Hence we are deciding to take benefit of abatement scheme considering 70% of invoice as service portion.
Can anyone provide me with the notification no for the same.

The above case will fall under Works Contract. Refer Notification No. 24/2012 - Service Tax dated 6th June, 2012 (Service Tax (Determination of Value) Second Amendment Rules, 2012)
