Service tax

i have registered my self in service tax and cross the turnover limit of Rs.10 lakhs in february 2016 and it will go around 13.5 lakhs in month of march of turnover thus i want to confirm whether i have to pay service tax on remaining 3.5 lakhs or on 13.5 lakhs at the rate 14.5% waiting for fruitfull reply
