My friend is running a manufacturing unit in an industrial park and he is paying a lots of amount as service tax for using the services like GTA.So my question is whether he eligible to get refund of service tax he actualy paid.

Dear Madam,
GTA they might be paying under reverse charge mechanism.
Further it is clarifing that, the unit can use this GTA service tax paid (Inward) and (outward, provided, if Manufacturer is taken the responsiblity of delivering the goods to customers) and other Input services for paying excise duty.
