Dear Samit,
Please make aletter to the jurisidctional ACCE/ST along with a attested copy of the Registration Certtifcate with a request to include the - Recepient of GTA services under the certificate. The same maybe sent under RPAD and request for sending by post made in the letter.
You have use the the ST-1 form meant for service tax registration . Please tick the appropriate box for amendment and fille the services sought to be included and submit to the proper authority.
