Sir,
In this regard SSI exemption is applicable i.e. 10 lakh only and also you laible to pay received the taxable service under Reverse Charges Mach. there is no exemption limit for service tax. IT is applicable on whole and partial txa. You are having other observation in this regard plz forward the same.
